Ask a new question. The problem I have is that I cannot download anything from these web services, instead it reports the error Download Failed: Blocked. For weeks I have been searching the web to find "Fix's" hoping to restore the ability to download files again, but none of those methods have worked.
Changing data in regedit, inetcpl, disabling chrome and windows security, and yet none of these methods have worked in reinstating the option to download. Was this reply helpful? Go to Control Panel and create another user in the Adminstrators group. Control panel - User Accounts - Manage another account - Create a new account - give a name and choose it to be in the Administrators group Then log off and login as this new user. Log in and it should download the update. Please try and let me know if that helped.
